Attributes are not shown when the Attribute tab is opened in UI Builder window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Project.zip"
2. Open Sample asset
3. Select Button in the Hierarchy in the UI Builder window
4. Open the Attributes tab in the UI Builder Inspector
Expected result: Element Attributes are displayed
Actual result: Element Attributes are not displayed
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15, 1.0.0-preview.16 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1), 1.0.0-preview.14, 1.0.0-preview.16 (2021.2.0b8, 2022.1.0a5)
