Attaching visual studio to Unity and using a break point in a couroutine results in crash
1. Open attached project.
2. Open scene "OpenMe"
3. Open script "Test"
4. Add break point at line 15 "While(true)"
5. Attach to Unity
6. Play Unity, visual studio should pop up, hit f10 a few times to step through code.
7. Unity will result in crash

Does not reproduce on mac (but has no visual studio)
- Reproduces on Windows with Visual studio and Mono Develop

This is not fixed or has been reintroduced! Please re-open the issue. Exact same stack trace as stated above.
