Atlas sprites are re-read when entering Play Mode even if no changes were made
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "PlayModeProblem" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Exit Play Mode
4. Enter Play Mode again
Expected result: Entering Play Mode Unity does not read all of the Atlas sprites
Actual result: Entering Play Mode Unity reads all of the Atlas sprites
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0a14
