AsyncReadManager.Read never releases the file handle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "AsyncRead.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe Console window
Expected result: No error
Actual result: "IOException: Sharing violation on path" error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a7
Could not test with: 2018.4.29f1 (console errors break project)
