ASTC HDR compressed Assets become illuminated when Convolution Type is set to Specular(Glossy Reflection)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the project from the user's attached link
2. Navigate to Project -> Assets and press on one of the HDR Assets
3. In the Inspector window under Mapping change Convolution Type to Specular(Glossy Reflection)
4. Notice the objet in the preview window is illuminated, this is also seen in the project window
Expected results: HDR preview does not change
Actual results: HDR preview becomes illuminated
Reproducible with: 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Could test with: 2018.4 because project rebuilds the Library
Note: Rebuilding the Library makes the issue no longer reproducible
