[AssetStoreTools] Uploading package to asset store opens file browser inside temp folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Unity Project
2. Login to Asset Store Tools
3. Upload an Asset Package
Expected result: Upload completes without file browser opening
Actual result: Upload completes and file browser opens up
