Assets with missing shaders have no preview thumbnails when using URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "YataiMura.zip"
2. In the Project window search for any Model or Prefab
Expected result: Asset preview thumbnails are shown
Actual result: Asset preview thumbnails are blank squares
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b15), 12.1.4 (2021.2.12f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible: 7.7.0 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b14), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 14.0.0 (2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5)
Note: Errors in Console window: "Cancelling DisplayDialog because it was run from a thread that is not the main thread: Moving file failed Moving Library/ShaderCache/shader/Unlit650d/01/17da766c2e9adc900b32433c366055dd.bin to Library/ShaderCache/shader/Unlit650d/00/17da766c2e9adc900b32433c366055dd.bin: No such file or directory"
