Assets can't be imported to the editor by dropping them into the Project view
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Try to drag and drop any file to the editor, Project view
Expected result: file is imported to the editor.
Actual result: file can't be imported to the editor by dragging and dropping.
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a14, 2022.1.0a13.
Didn't reproduce with: 2022.1.0a12, 2021.2.2f1.
Workaround:
Right-click in a Project view -> Import new Package.
