AssetReference.ReleaseAsset() does not release memory when it was loaded more than once
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project "case_1180534-AddressableTest.zip"
2. Open and Play Scene "GameScene"
3. Click on "Load Next" twice and then on "Release All"
Expected result: The memory from the loaded texture gets released
Actual result: The memory from the loaded texture is not released
Reproduces on: 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Couldn't reproduce on 2018.4.5f1 due to errors
