AssetPreview.GetMiniTypeThumbnail returns null for MonoBehaviour and custom script types
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1164970-GetMiniTypeThumbnailReturnsNullForMonoBehaviour.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. In the Hierarchy, select "Canvas" object
4. Click on "Get Mini Type Thumbnails" button in "Test Script" component
5. Inspect the console
Expected results: AssetPreview.GetMiniTypeThumbnail returns MonoBehaviour's thumbnail
Actual results: AssetPreview.GetMiniTypeThumbnail returns null
Reproducible with: 2017.4.291, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a7
