AssetDatabase.FindAssets doesn't work when reimporting all assets
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "AssetDatabaseReproCase.zip"
2. Click Assets > Reimport All
Expected result: The amount of assets in the Project window remains the same
Actual result: A new asset called "testfile Companion 1" is created
Reproducible with: 2020.3.34f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0b13, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0a4, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1 ("Type or namespace could not be found" errors)
