[AssetBundles] Loading the same texture from AssetBundle after reloading the bundle causes it to duplicate in memory
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download "880748 repro.zip"
2. Click Assets->Build AssetBundles
3. Open scene "scene.unity"
4. Enter play mode
Result: observe how there are two instances of Diamond printed out into console by Load.cs script
Expected result: there's only one instance of Diamond
Note: If you comment out lines 18 and 19 in Load.cs script ( ab.Unload(false); ab = AssetBundle.LoadFromFile("<path>");) then LoadAsset does not create an additional instance of the asset.
Reproduced on: 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0b5 (Editor & macOS standalone)
