[AssetBundles] AssetBundleManifest.GetAssetBundleHash throws no error if given a non existing bundle name
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "GetAssetBundleHash"
2. Open scene "Test"
3. From the menu bar select Build -> Build AssetBundles
4. Run the game
5. Observe the log to see what is returned by GetAssetBundleHash
GetAssetBundleHash returns a correct hash if given a proper AssetBundle name, but it will always return
the same incorrect hash if given an incorrect AssetBundle name
