[Asset] The default VFX template is not up to date
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX-enabled project
2. Create a new default VFX asset
3. Drag the asset to the scene or hierarchy
4. Observe that it does not play
5. Open the asset in the VFX window (so it would compile)
6. Observe that the asset now plays
Expected outcome:
- The new VFX asset to play right away
Note:
- it is a cosmetic issue, but this is the first exposure for new users to the VFX graph and it can lead to confusion as to why it is not working
