[Asset Store UI] The asset store panel appears blank after we minimize and restore it when its a modal window
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached

- Launch unity
- Open asset store window
- Do not dock it to any of the panels, thus making it a modal window
- Now minimize the window and restore
Note that the window becomes blank.
Workaround is to minimize and restore again!
