Asset Store tools do not work in 2020.2 Unity version
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Download and import Asset Store Tools from the Package Manager
3. Click on the tab "Asset Store tools" > "Package upload"
Expected results: Package Upload window opens
Actual results: NullReferenceException error is thrown in the console window because the UnityEditor.AssetStoreContext class is missing
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a1
Not reproducible: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.2.0a14
