Asset picker does not show the full list of available assets
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attach project "case_1728_repro.zip"
2. Select "New Material" (in "Texture Test" folder)
3. Open Asset Picker window for texture in the Inspector
4. Scroll down to the bottom
Expected result: All textures available are shown
Actual result: Not all available textures are shown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17
