Asset manager can be scrolled too far leaving huge empty space
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a lot of different Assets in the Project window
3. Install Asset Manager package
4. Open the Asset Manager window (Window > Asset Manager)
5. Create a new project in Asset Manager (Asset Manager kebab menu > Go to Dashboard > Add > Project)
6. In Editor select all of the assets and drag them into the Asset Manager window
7. Scroll to the end of the Asset list in Asset Manager and observe the window
Actual result: Big empty space is left at the end of the Asset Manager window
Expected result: Assets fill up most of the space at the end of the Asset Manager window
