Asset from a different scene with DontDestroyOnLoad is not loaded when using Packed Play Mode
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project and open scene "start"
2. Open Addressables window
3. Set "Play Mode Script" to "Packed Play Mode"
4. Press "Build" and select "Build Player Content"
5. Press "Play"
Expected result: Cube is loaded with its material
Actual result: Cube has no material attached
Reproducible with: 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12, 2020.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1 (no Package Manager)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.8.6, 1.1.7

Can not reproduce with higher version of addressables. Recommend updating package.
