Asset description doesn't match manifest when opened in Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new empty project
2. Open the Asset specified by the user report from the Asset Store in Unity
3. Observe the package description in the Package Manager
Expected result: package description matches the package manifest description
Actual result: package description appears to be a shortened version of the Asset Store description
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a15, 2022.1.0a5
Notes: in 2019.4.29f1, the description appears to be almost identical to the Asset Store description, but with flawed formatting
