Assertion failed when selecting UWP in Build Window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Build Settings
3. Select Universal Windows Platform
Actual result: a ton of errors get printed out in the console

Assertion failed: TLS Allocator ALLOC_TEMP_THREAD, underlying allocator ALLOC_TEMP_THREAD has unfreed allocations, size 17
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.0b10, 2018.1.0a3
