Assertation fails and toolbar is corrupted when importing package that is changing the intrinsics control register
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "AssertTest.zip" project
2. Navigate to the project window and export SimdCr package
3. Close the project
4. Remove SimCr directory from the project
5. Open the project
6. Import the exported package
7. Observe the Console window and Toolbar
Expected result: Package is imported
Actual result: Toolbar is corrupted and "Assertation Failed" error appears in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b7, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.0b6
Note: The error disappears and Toolbar is not corrupted after reopening the project
