Regression since 5.0.0b21;
Repro steps:
1. open "Win Universal Build.zip" project and build to WSA/WP8.1/Universal platform;
2. build and run generated solution. Observe an error in the error list and output;

I also have this issue. Something to do with touching the references after the c# project is generated?
I need this fixed!
