Assembly::GetTypes() returns empty array for UnityEngine assembly
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (GetTypesBug_2017_2.zip)
2. Go to Window -> Execute Test
3. In the Console, see that Assembly.GetTypes return an empty array
Expected: Assembly.GetTypes returns all types in UnityEngine assembly
Reproduced in 2017.2.0a2, 2017.2.0b8, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a6
Did not reproduce in 5.6.3p1, 2017.1.0p5, 2017.2.0a1
