Assembly-CSharp properties don't open on projects with Regenerated Project Files
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools -> Regenerate project files
3. Open NewBehaviourScript.cs
4. In Visual Studio Right-click on "Assembly-CSharp" and click "Properties"
Expected result: Properties window opens
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b8, 2022.1.0a6
