A rotated UI element is not fitted to the parent element as expected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Test' scene
3. Notice that the 'Small' image is not fitted to the 'Big Container' image
Note: If the rotation of the 'Small' game object along Z axis is set to 0, then the 'Small' game object is fitted as expected.
