ASP.Net Core HubConnectionBuilder doesn't work on IL2CPP builds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Switch platform to Standalone
3. Build project with IL2CPP backend
Expected results: ASP.Net Core connects to the server
Actual results: ASP.Net Core fails to connect to the server
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b6, 2018.1.3f1
