Asmdef warning when creating a new template project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the template URP
2. Wait for the project to fully load
3. Observe the console
Expected result: There are no warnings or errors.
Actual result: A warning is shown: "Assembly for Assembly Definition File 'Packages/com.unity.renderpipelines.core/Tests/Runtime/Unity.RenderPipelines.Core.Runtime.Tests.asmdef' will not be compiled, because it has no scripts associated with it."
