Artifacts appear in HDRP PBR Accumulation when changing Viewport Rect at runtime
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "HDRPPbrRepro" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy select the "Camera" GameObject
5. In the Inspector change the Viewport Rect X from 0 to 0.2
Expected results: Artifacts appear on the black cube's side which is inside the blue cube
Actual results: No artifacts appear on the black cube's side which is inside the blue cube
Reproducible with: 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12), 10.4.0 (2020.3.5f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.4f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a14)
Not reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.25f1), 10.1.0 (2020.2.0b12)
