Articulation body doesn't work when it is the last one in the chain AND when collider volume is small
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Press Play
3. Select Articulated Hand in the Hierarchy
4. Increase the value of Element 3 of the Target list
Expected result: The finger moves
Actual result: The finger doesn't move
Reproducible with: 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Compiler error)
Notes:
Increasing the Radius and Height of Capsule collider of Element 2 in the Bodies list, resolves the issue
