Articulation Bodies spawn at the same point on a Spline when entering the Play mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Observe the Splines in the Scene view
4. Enter the Play mode
5. Observe the Splines in the Scene view

Expected result: “ArticulationBody Spawn Spline” cubes are spawned along the Spline as before entering the Play mode
Actual result: “ArticulationBody Spawn Spline” cubes are spawned at the Spline origin point

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

    Hello! This issue occurs due to ArticulationBody components not having a Transform synchronization step, in the same way Rigidbody components do. We're going to be tracking this issue internally via the ticket PHYS-589
