ARKit loses tracking when ARCameraBackground component is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project
2. Build and deploy to iOS
3. Observe the screen
Expected result: The screen is not white/does not freeze
Actual result: The screen is white/freezes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2023.113f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a17
