ArgumentOutOfRangeException if input field, which belongs to a vertical layout group, has its text changed during runtime
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "1"
3. Select "Canvas>Panel>InputField" game object and notice that its "Line Type" is set to "Multi Line Submit" (bug also occurs with "Multi Line Newline")
4. Run the scene and notice that ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown
