ArgumentNullException is shown when reverting the prefab instance
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (BugReport_Undo_Object registered for Undo cannot be null.zip)
2. Open the "Scene" scene
3. Expand "GameObject" in the Hierarchy
4. Select Light object
5. Ctrl + D to duplicate the Light object
6. Select the duplicate (Light (1)) and in the Inspector, press Revert
7. Observe the Console
Expected: reverting a prefab instance should not cause an ArgumentNullException error
Reproduced in 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2.p4, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
