ArgumentException: The specified path is not of a legal form (empty) is thrown when you hit Cancel in Build Windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Build Settings and hit Build
3. Build Windows will appear and hit Cancel
4. Observe the error in Console
Actual results: Exception is thrown
Expected results: Exception should not be thrown
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b9
Not reproduced with: 2018.1.0b8
