"ArgumentException: Kernel not found" is thrown when platform is set to WebGL
How to reproduce:

Actual result: error is logged excessively: Kernel 'KEyeHistogramClear' not found
Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1 (Package dependencies prevent downgrading), 2020.3.33f1 (plugin errors)

Confirmed NOT resolved as of 2023.1.0b20. My project was perfectly fine, then I switched the platform to WebGL, and now this message is spammed in the log from the instant I start the Editor. Restarting does not solve the issue.
