ArgumentException is thrown and Scene is not unloaded when using SceneManager.UnloadSceneAsync with Reload Scene option disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "case_1226498-Project.zip" Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. In the Editor's top toolbar, navigate to Game->World
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the "Enter" key
5. Wait for the SceneManager.UnloadSceneAsync function to be called
6. Inspect the Console Window
Expected result: The "Island" Scene is unloaded and no errors are thrown
Actual result: The "Island" Scene is not unloaded and an "ArgumentException: Scene to unload is invalid" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a16
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1 ("Enter Play Mode Settings" do not exist)
