"Argument Exception" is thrown when building the Project with Plugins that require System.Memory.dll
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Press File>Build and Run
Expected result: Project is built successfully
Actual result: Project build fails, "Argument Exception" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.23f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a12
