[AR FOUNDATION] Shadow receiving Shader Graph not working when used on Android with AR Foundation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro”
2. Observe the shadows of Game Objects inside Scene and Game views in Sample Scene
3. Build and Run on an Android device
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: Shadows work as they do in the Editor
Actual result: Shadows aren’t being rendered
Reproducible with: 4.2.7 (2020.3.45f1), 5.1.0-pre.3 (2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a4)
Built using MacOS 12.6 (Intel)
Reproducible on: Google Pixel 3 (Pixel 3), CPU: Snapdragon 845, GPU: Adreno 630, OS: 12.0.0
Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F), CPU: Exynos 9 Series 9810, GPU: Mali-G72, OS: 10.0.0

Extra info which was left out by QA:
This is due to the shadow cascades keyword being added in shader graph, while in the URP asset the cascade count is 1
