[APV] Scenario Blending UI not shown in Rendering Debugger
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached repro project and open using 2023.3.0b9
2. Open the Rendering Debugger, (Window > Analysis) and navigate to the Probe Volumes tab
3. Note that Lighting Scenarios is not shown in the UI
4. Click on something in the UI, like a checkbox
Actual results:
The Lighting Scenarios section of the UI is not shown until the UI is refreshed by clicking on a UI affordance
Expected results:
If the Lighting Scenarios feature and blending are enabled from the render pipeline asset, then the blending section of the UI should always be visible in the Rendering Debugger.
Reproducible with versions:
2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with versions:
2023.3.0b6
