Apply a prefab freezes the Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (link in edit)
2. Drag Grid 7 prefab into the Scene
3. Apply the prefab until the Editor freezes
Expected: the Editor doesn't freeze
Reproduced in 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0a6
Could not test in earlier versions due to the project crashing on launch
