Application freezes for short duration when add is loaded via interstitial.LoadAd() for the first time
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Build and run for Android
3. Press "requestAd" button
Expected: no significant performance changes
Actual: application freezes for approximately half a second for the first time the button is pressed
Reproduced in: 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a8
