Application cannot be opened error on Pressing help icon in Profiler Window
1. Create a new Project
2. Open Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Press the "?" Icon in the top right
Expected result: No errors, 2022.2 documentation opens
Actual Result: Application cannot be opened error is thrown

Does not reproduce on: 2022.2.0a12
