Anti-aliasing does not work for RenderTexture on Android with MALI 400 gpu
Using anti-alias option in render texture does not work on mali 400 devices even tough it has GL_EXT_multisampled_render_to_texture support

I'm also observing this on the Samsung Note 8.0 Tablet (Mali T400MP4 (quad-core) gpu), with latest version of Unity 4.5.4f1
