Another Reference Rewriter errors building Win Store Apps
Works fine on 4.3.4f1;
Errors appear on 4.5 versions;
When building user's project to WSA platform on Windows 8.1 and using SDK 8.0, a lot of errors messages appear in the editor's console.
Attached Editor.log file(errors starts from line 885);
Repro steps:
1. open project "Unity4.5.zip";
2. in build settings set WSA platform, XAML C# type with SDK 8.0 or 8.1 and uncheck all other checkboxes;
3. build;
Might be duplicate of 614950 case;

This is not fixed yet. You don't get errors while building anymore but instead you get a:
MissingMethodException: Method not found '?'
when running from Windows Store
