[OGO]AnimatorUtility.DeoptimizeTransformHierarchy ruins animation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Repro.zip"
2. Open scene "testscene"
3. Play
4. Press "AnimatorUtility.deoptimizeTransformHierarchy" Button and notice how animation changed
5. Press "Reenable" Button and notice that animation fixes
Actual result: animation changes after calling AnimatorUtility.DeoptimizeTransformHierarchy function
Expected result: Animation is expected to stay same after this function was called
Workaround: Re-enabling Skinned mesh renderer fixes the problem
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b21, 5.3.5p4, 5.1.4f1
