[AnimatorController] Pressing delete after deleting an animation parameter shows errors
Steps to repro:
1. Open/create a new animation controller
2. Go to Parameters tab and create a new parameter
3. Select it and press delete 2 times
4. Observe errors in console:
IndexOutOfRangeException: index
