Animator sub-window layout changes are not saved correctly
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window -> Animation -> Animator
3. Scale the layers/parameters sub-window within Animator and then scale the Hierarchy Window
4. Go to Window -> Layouts -> Save Layout
5. Close and relaunch the project
6. Observe the layout changes
Expected result: All of the windows are saved correctly
Actual result: The Animator sub-window is reset back to default while the Hierarchy Window scaling is saved correctly
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a9, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.1.5f1
