Animator state is lost when AnimatorOverrideController is set
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open SampleScene and enter Play Mode
3. Select Cube object in Hierarchy
4. In Inspector window find "Repro Component"
5. Press button "1. Toggle Moving Parameter" in Inspector
6. Press button "2. Toggle Animator Override" in Inspector
Expected result: Parameter value is not reset, and cube is moving according to the new animation
Actual result: Parameter value is reset to the default value
Reproducible: 2019.4.9f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3
