Animator Override Controller does not override animations via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play AnimTest scene
3. Hit 1, 2 or 3 in keyboard
4. Animator doesn't transition between animations
Not reproducible: 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0b9
